With a colossal Shs. 72.13 trillion budget rubber-stamped for Uganda’s 2024/2025 financial year, and no sign of much-needed austerity as Uganda’s debt-to-GDP ratio hovers at 52%, it’s not a wild assertion that Uganda’s aging ruling class has said, “f**k them kids.”
