Developing story: The FBI identified the shooter at the Trump rally in Pennsylvania as 20-year-old Thomas Matthew Crooks. Crooks used a semi-automatic rifle and fired multiple shots before the Secret Service "neutralized" him. While his motive remains unclear, Crooks’ actions throw the phrase, “There’s no such as thing as halfway Crooks.” into doubt.
