Good day 🌤️ The Delhi High Court’s hands probably reek of garlic as two restaurants in Delhi are battling over who invented butter chicken. One restaurant claims they created the dish 80 years ago by adding leftover tandoori chicken to a tomato gravy to prevent the chicken from drying out; while the other restaurant says a chef at their restaurant created it. We say they should duke it out on Hot Chef and send us the spoils of the war.

Have a good week!
